Membership

Membership in the Goschenhoppen Historians is open to the public. It offers many opportunities in which to participate: meetings, seminars, folklife publications, apprentice program, historic preservation, General Store, Folklife Museum, Folk Festival, organ recitals and others.

Museums

The Folklife Museum and Library, and the Country Store at Red Men's Hall, Routes 29 and 63 in Green Lane, PA, have reopened on Sundays, from 1:30 pm - 4:00 pm.

                        The Goschenhoppen Library

 

The local history museum and Folklife Library are located on the upper floors of Red Men's Hall, Routes 29 and 63 in Green Lane, Pennsylvania. It is open for tours and research by appointment only. Please call 215-234-8953 or email redmens_hall@goschenhoppen.org for for directions or to make an appointment.

 

The Folklife Library contains a collection of early local newspapers, manuscript account books, diaries, letters, periodicals, journals, magazines and books concerning genealogy. Arts, crafts and local history subjects are also included. Individual research is welcome. All library materials must be used on the premises.
